Privacy & image use

Private by default.

Your personal references belong to your project, not to a public feed.

How information is handled

Clear controls around your data.

Scope and contact

This Privacy & Image Use notice explains how DORDO Studio handles personal information when you use DordoStudio.com, create an account, upload references, generate or refine designs, purchase a Studio package, share a Help Me Choose link, or contact support.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@dordostudio.com. Dordo Atelier services on Dordofashion.com are a separate physical-service experience and may have their own privacy practices.

Account and identity information

DORDO stores information needed to create and secure your account, including your name, email address, normalized phone number, password hash, verification status, consent records, optional marketing preference, session information and security-related identifiers.

Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes rather than readable passwords. Security systems may also use limited hashed or truncated identifiers to detect abuse, enforce rate limits and protect complimentary-offer eligibility.

Private photos and references

Uploaded face, body, garment, fabric, construction and inspiration images are used to understand and create the Design or Redesign you request. These references are private by default and are not placed in a public gallery or public social feed unless you separately choose to publish or share material yourself.

DORDO does not use your private reference uploads as public promotional photography or to train a DORDO model without a separate, explicit permission from you.

Prompts, projects and generated media

DORDO stores project selections, creative instructions, generated images, generated videos, refinement history and related metadata so you can continue a project, compare versions, download results and view work in My Studio.

Generated media may contain characteristics derived from the references and instructions you provided. Treat shared or downloaded outputs accordingly, especially where they resemble an identifiable person.

How DORDO uses information

DORDO uses personal information to provide and personalize Studio features, authenticate accounts, process requested generations and refinements, maintain project history, deliver packages and credits, confirm payments, send service messages, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, secure infrastructure and respond to support requests.

For reliability and security, DORDO may record limited technical diagnostics such as the page path, browser user-agent, error name, error message and software stack when the application fails. The Studio error reporter is designed not to include session cookies, account balances, uploaded images or form contents in its diagnostic payload.

Optional product news or marketing is separate from essential account, verification, recovery, security, purchase and service communications. You can change optional marketing preferences where available or use the unsubscribe method provided in marketing messages.

AI processing and cloud providers

Selected prompts and reference images may be sent to cloud and AI-processing services used to fulfill the generation you request. DORDO currently uses Cloudflare services for AI-related processing, bot protection and private object storage. Hostinger supports application hosting and authenticated email delivery, and MySQL supports account and project records.

Providers process information under their own security, retention and contractual obligations. DORDO limits the data sent to a provider to what is reasonably needed for the requested operation or service function.

Payments

Stripe processes supported payment methods when you purchase a Studio package. DORDO receives transaction information such as payment status, order identifiers, amount, package, payment references and receipt information, but DORDO does not store full card numbers.

If you delete your DORDO account, DORDO removes account-linked order records from its application as implemented by the service. Stripe and other financial-service providers may retain transaction records for their own legal, fraud-prevention, accounting and compliance obligations.

Cookies and local browser storage

DORDO uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security and workflow continuity. Help Me Choose assigns an anonymous voter cookie so one browser can update its vote without creating an account. Some temporary Studio state is stored in session storage so an interrupted design journey can continue safely.

DORDO Studio does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising trackers to sell or target advertising based on your activity across unrelated websites.

Help Me Choose and private sharing

Help Me Choose is private by link rather than indexed as a public gallery. Only the finished looks you select are shown to voters. Uploaded face, body, garment, fabric, construction and inspiration references remain private and are not included on the voting page.

Anyone who receives the share link may be able to view the selected looks, so you control the practical audience by controlling where the link is sent or posted.

Service providers and disclosures

DORDO may share limited information with service providers that perform hosting, database, email delivery, cloud storage, AI processing, bot protection, payment processing, security and related technical functions. These disclosures are made to operate the service rather than to sell your information.

DORDO may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or third parties, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce DORDO's terms. If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may be handled as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

No sale of personal information

DORDO does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice materially changes, DORDO will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law before relying on the new practice.

Retention

Account, project and media information is generally retained while your account or saved projects remain active so DORDO can provide My Studio, version history and purchased package functionality. Operational, security and anti-abuse records may be retained for shorter or longer periods where reasonably necessary for their purpose.

When you delete your account, DORDO deletes account-linked records and queues associated private media for removal from DORDO-controlled object storage. A deletion-job record may remain temporarily until storage cleanup is confirmed. Provider backups may contain residual copies for a limited period according to their normal backup and retention cycles.

Complimentary-offer eligibility

After account deletion, DORDO may retain a non-reversible hashed email-and-phone eligibility record used to prevent repeated claims of a one-time complimentary offer. This record is designed to verify prior eligibility without retaining the original email address or phone number in readable form for that purpose.

Your controls and privacy requests

You can delete individual saved designs and connected generated media from My Studio and can permanently delete your account from the account area. You can also update supported profile information and communication preferences.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Send requests to support@dordostudio.com. DORDO may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.

California privacy

California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California law, depending on the nature and scale of DORDO's operations and the information involved. DORDO will honor rights that apply to it, including requests concerning access, correction or deletion and protections against unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Because DORDO does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, DORDO does not currently offer a separate sale/share opt-out mechanism for Studio data.

Children

DORDO Studio is not directed to children under 13 and DORDO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Studio. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact support@dordostudio.com so DORDO can review and remove it where required.

Security

DORDO uses safeguards intended to protect private Studio information, including hashed passwords and session tokens, private object storage, authenticated media access, encrypted HTTPS transport, rate limiting, security headers and account verification. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so use a unique password and notify DORDO promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

International processing

DORDO and its service providers may process or store information in locations different from where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. DORDO uses service-provider arrangements and technical safeguards appropriate to the services involved and will take additional steps where applicable law requires them.

Changes to this notice

DORDO may update this Privacy & Image Use notice as the Studio, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes are posted, and material changes may receive additional notice through the service or account email where appropriate.

Effective September 19, 2026.
