Clear terms for DORDO Studio.

These Terms govern your use of DORDO Studio, including accounts, digital Design and Redesign workflows, generated images and videos, DORDO Credits, Video Credits, Help Me Choose, checkout and related online services. By creating an account, purchasing a package or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are not the age of majority where you live, use DORDO only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you.

DORDO Studio provides digital fashion design and redesign concepts and related generated media. Physical custom dressmaking, garment redesign, fitting and alteration services are available separately through Dordo Atelier in Burlingame, California.

Atelier work is a separate physical-service engagement with its own consultation, scope, pricing, timeline, measurements, fittings, material decisions and approvals. A Studio concept may inform an Atelier project, but it is not itself a production pattern, construction specification, fit guarantee or promise that every visible detail can be made exactly as shown.

Provide accurate account information and keep your password and verification codes confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify DORDO of suspected unauthorized access.

DORDO may use reasonable security checks, rate limits, email verification and bot protection to protect accounts and the service. We may temporarily restrict access when necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, payment disputes or security risks.

You retain the rights you have in the photographs, garment images, fabric images, inspiration references, text and other material you upload. You grant DORDO a limited license to host, copy, transform and process that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the Studio services you request.

You must have permission to upload every face, body, garment, fabric, artwork or inspiration image. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative or non-consensual material, or material that violates another person's privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.

DORDO uses automated and AI-assisted systems to interpret your direction and create visual concepts. Outputs can be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete or physically impractical and may vary between generations even when instructions are similar.

Generated media is creative direction, not professional engineering, safety advice, technical grading, guaranteed fit, manufacturing instruction or a representation that a particular fabric, embellishment or construction technique will perform exactly as pictured.

DORDO does not claim ownership of a generated design image solely because it was created through DORDO Studio. Subject to applicable law, these Terms and the rights of others, you may use your generated outputs for personal or commercial creative purposes.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive protection in every jurisdiction, and similar outputs may be created for other users. DORDO does not guarantee exclusivity, registrability or freedom from third-party rights.

A new Design or Redesign currently uses 2 DORDO Credits and a refinement uses 1. Paid package allowances, project limits and refinement reserves remain tied to the package that granted them. Covered failed generation operations restore the applicable allowance when the service records the operation as failed.

Package contents and prices are shown before purchase. Any expiration or special restriction that applies to a future package will be disclosed with that offer. Credits and package allowances have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts unless DORDO expressly allows it, and cannot be exchanged for Atelier services.

Video Credits are separate from DORDO Credits. Eligible packages can use Video Credits for short fashion animations. Using a Video Credit does not reduce your DORDO Credit balance.

Video generation is subject to the same availability, content, reference-permission and AI-output limitations that apply to other generated media.

Paid Studio packages are one-time purchases unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices, included allowances and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed before you authorize payment. Stripe processes card and other supported payment details; DORDO does not store full card numbers.

A package is granted after DORDO receives successful payment confirmation. If payment is pending, reversed, disputed or not confirmed, access to the associated package may be delayed, withheld or adjusted until the payment status is resolved.

If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or payment succeeds but the purchased package is not delivered, contact support@dordostudio.com so DORDO can investigate and correct the account. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by DORDO, successfully delivered digital packages are generally final once package benefits or credits have been used. DORDO may restore credits or issue another appropriate remedy when a documented service failure consumed an allowance without delivering the intended operation.

Help Me Choose lets you create a private-by-link voting page from selected finished DORDO looks. Anyone who receives the link can view those selected outputs and vote without an account, so share the link only with people you intend to invite.

Uploaded face, body, garment, fabric and inspiration references are not placed on the voting page. You remain responsible for any link you publish or forward and for ensuring that the selected outputs are appropriate to share.

Do not use DORDO to violate law or another person's rights, impersonate or deceive others, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with service operation, resell access without permission, or generate or upload content that DORDO is required to restrict.

DORDO may remove content, block an operation or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the service or legal compliance.

DORDO may update models, providers, features, package offerings, prices and technical limits over time. We may perform maintenance or experience interruptions caused by hosting, AI providers, storage, email, payment processors or other systems outside DORDO's direct control.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every requested generation will succeed. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice through the service or account email.

You can delete individual saved designs from My Studio or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes account-linked Studio records and queues associated private media for deletion from DORDO-controlled storage. A non-reversible hashed eligibility record may be retained to prevent repeated complimentary-credit claims, and limited operational records may remain where reasonably necessary to complete deletion, resolve fraud or payment issues, or meet legal obligations.

DORDO may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, security abuse or unlawful activity. Where practical, DORDO will use proportionate measures and preserve rights that applicable consumer law requires.

DORDO relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, database, email, anti-bot, cloud storage, AI-processing and payment services. Their systems may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices when they process data on DORDO's behalf or when you interact directly with them, such as Stripe Checkout.

Links to external sites, including Dordo Atelier, are provided for convenience and do not make the Studio responsible for a separate site's transactions or services unless expressly stated.

To the extent permitted by law, DORDO Studio is provided on an 'as available' basis without guarantees that generated results will meet a particular aesthetic, production, commercial or legal objective. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing or manufacturing from them.

To the extent permitted by law, DORDO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Studio. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including California law where permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact DORDO first so we can try to resolve it directly before formal proceedings.
